At Zajac Ranch for Children we believe that camp is a life changing experience that every child deserves.
Mission: To develop and operate an accessible, innovative and full-service facility that welcomes children and young adults facing chronic, life-threatening and/or debilitating conditions.
Vision: Provide camp experiences that empower children of all abilities to participate, foster the development of life-long skills and independence, and create lasting opportunities for friendship and fulfillment.
About Zajac Ranch for Children
Each year, with the support of our volunteers, staff and donors, we offer 500 young people with chronic, life-threatening and/or debilitating conditions the opportunity to attend our camp and to just be a kid.
The barriers and limitations that our Campers may experience day to day are all but eliminated thanks to our fully accessible facility and our specially trained staff and volunteers. The activities our campers can take part in include horseback riding, high and low ropes course, a climbing wall, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, archery, arts and crafts and much, much more.
