Our Mission

To contribute to contemporary dance development through the creation and production of new performance work that reflects an interest in relating aspects of our humanness, and by offering opportunities for continued professional training.

About Adelheid Dance Projects

adelheid formed in 2007 after a series of artistic collaborations between choreographer Heidi Strauss and media artist Jeremy Mimnagh. The project company has created and toured a number of full length performance works, engaged in community projects, presented the work of other dance artists, taught workshops and developed short dance films. adelheid is concerned with understanding what is temporally relevant, with work that speaks to the ‘realness’ of where we are and who we are, here and now - how we are affected by the world around us.
