Our History:

The Alberta Lung began in 1939 as the Alberta Tuberculosis Association. Our goal was to educate the public about Tuberculosis (TB), conduct mass chest x-rays and provide a rehabilitation service for TB sanitarium patients. Over the years, Alberta Lung has broadened its scope to encompass all aspects of lung health. 

Through your assistance Alberta Lung helps improve the quality of life for those suffering with lung disease through education, advocacy and program support.
