Arthur Animal Rescue is a registered charity, non-profit rescue group run entirely by volunteers focused on saving cats and kittens across Wellington County. AAR has operated since 2015, and has grown into a large network of fosters, coordinators and a board of directors.

The team is dedicated to the welfare of our local cats, providing TNR programs, safe and loving foster homes, any medical care needed, including spaying/neutering, age appropriate vaccines, and worm/flea treatment before adoption or placement in a safe, new environment.
