Founded in 2014, we are a small charity that raises funds in support of the Kengereka School in the rural village of Boma Ng'ombe, in northeastern Tanzania. 

Most residents of Boma depend on subsistence farming for their livelihoods, and some earn a meager wage through tourism in neighbouring Kilimanjaro. With the average family income of about $500 US/year, the burden of school fees, combined with the cost of transport, school supplies and uniforms is more than most families can afford.   

Our aim is to help these students finish high school so that they in turn can help their families and the community overcome poverty.

In addition to supporting the school, we have launched a Breakfast Program! The students now have breakfast each morning to help set them up for the day. Nutrition is an important part of their success.
