Four words that say a lot about the Bathurst congregation.

We are a small group with no church property, worshiping in the chapel at Trinity-St. Paul's United Church on Sunday mornings from September until June. During the summer we hold mid-week evening gatherings.

We are inclusive in many ways. Our members work with our minister to plan the services. They often deliver the sermon and lead the service.

Our services are non-traditional. They reflect our concerns for social and economic justice and our relationship with the earth.

We seek to offer an expansive embrace of welcome to people of diverse backgrounds. We nurture the Spirit by honouring and respecting individual needs and gifts.

Bathurst United is an Affirming Congregation. We welcome gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgendered people as full participants in all aspects of our ministry.
