About Belmont House

For more than 170 years, Belmont House has been a thriving, dynamic centre of care for the social, physical, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive needs of our residents. Belmont House is a state-of-the-art facility that is home to 140 long-term care residents and 85 retirement tenants and is renowned for its progressive care and rich, dynamic programs and services. We are the "Seniors' Home of Choice" – helping our residents maintain their independence, choice, dignity and privacy.  Situated in one of the last remaining green spaces in the heart of downtown Toronto, Belmont House provides a wide range of recreational activities, therapeutic programs and health care services for those living here and members or our community.
