BB Camp B'nai Brith Camp B'nai Brith Jewish Community Camp Kenora Town Island Lake of the Woods Winnipeg youth day camp summer camp
Since 1954, BB Camp has remained committed to ensuring that all Jewish children, no matter what their financial situation might be, have the opportunity to experience the joy and wonder of attending Camp. At BB Camp, our goal is to offer a summer "home away from home" where children can learn about and take pride in their Jewish culture, community and heritage. It is a place where children can grow both individually and as a group. It is a place where important socializing skills are developed and where lifelong friendships are formed. It is a place where connection to the Jewish community can become part of a child's life forever.
BB Camp's mission is to provide a creative Jewish community where campers and staff strengthen their identity, their connection with each other, their leadership, good citizenship and appreciation of nature.
BB Camp offers both a co-ed residential summer camp for youth ages 8 - 16 years and a non-denominational day camp for children ages 4 - 12 years.
On November 14, 2016, BB Camp launched its "Grow BB Camp" Capital Campaign to raise monies to address aging infrastructures, acquire new program and residence building, strengthen its endowment fund and retire the remaining mortgage associated with acquiring 30 acres of Town Island. Your financial support is greatly appreciated and needed to address these programs. Our goal is $6 - $8M.
