4-H Canada helps young people thrive in their community and beyond. We are committed to mentoring youth and supporting them as they develop into responsible and engaged leaders. Investing in young people is at the heart of what we do. Through our various programs and initiatives, we provide inclusive opportunities for young people to build skill mastery, character and confidence through service and engagement.

About CANADIAN 4-H COUNCIL

Fundamental to our mission is the creation of relevant programs that engage and nurture youth. We enable this success by providing grants, scholarships, exchange programs and conferences.

4-H Canada is one of Canada’s longest running youth organizations helping young Canadians (ages 6-25) to “Learn to do by doing” in a safe environment. With more than 24,000 members and more than 7,600 volunteer leaders, the 4-H community has extended beyond its rural roots and offers programs for a diverse range of interests across the country. 4-H Canada celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2013 and is looking to the future with great enthusiasm and purpose.
