Oasis Youth Care Programs exists as a community-based Charity to provide transitional housing and support services to vulnerable black youth (16-25) leaving the Child Protection and Youth Justice Systems. Our mission is to support racialized youth who face the risks of homelessness to build the capabilities and self-efficacy needed to overcome barriers to a successful life of adult independence and competence.
