About ON SITE PLACEMENT SERVICES ASSOCIATION - OSP

OSP is a non-profit, charitable agency with 40 years dedicated to building an inclusive community through employment-related services, OSP has a long history of bringing individuals with barriers to employment. We recognize the value that employment brings to the lives of individuals, beyond simply providing a source of funds. The impact of employment and the dignity of being able to provide for ourselves and our families have incalculable effects on our own sense of worth and well-being, providing a source of community and a feeling of belonging. Recognizing that not everyone has the same capacity for employment as others, OSP is dedicated to connecting individuals to employment wherever they are at, while advocating with employers to provide inclusive opportunities.

OSP hosts the Resource Centre (similar to a Canada Alberta Service Centre) to provide those with barriers to employment the opportunity to use computers and other resources that are adapted to meet their needs.

Dility serves employers that require services for a variety of duties, such as flyer delivery, light janitorial, dishwashing, product assembly, sidewalk snow removal, lawn maintenance, and filing.
