The ONE City Scholarship Fund is an initiative of the The ONE City Education Society of Toronto. The scholarship was created by a group of Toronto District School Board educators to support remarkable students in their post-secondary studies, students who have excelled despite considerable obstacles. ONE City Scholarship recipients are offered mentoring and other supports as they join our growing and vibrant community of young people with similar experiences.

ONE City scholars have a resilient, optimistic spirit that allows their gifts to shine. As educators, we think it is critically important to provide opportunities and support for youth who have already overcome so much and who have demonstrated that they have the grit to face life’s challenges and be successful.
