Our Mission

Ontario Early Years Centre Haliburton Victoria Brock Inc. promotes, supports and enables healthy development of children, birth to 6 years of age, by providing accessible, responsive and educational programs and services for children, parents, grandparents and caregivers.  We operate the EarlyON Child and Family Centre programming in the City of Kawartha Lakes and Haliburton County.

About the EarlyON Child and Family Centre in the City of Kawartha Lakes and Haliburton County

EarlyON Child and Family Centres are located across the province with local agencies leading the programs.

Our Early Learning Centres are in Lindsay, Fenelon Falls, Haliburton and Minden with rural outreach learning play spaces in smaller communities such as Bobcaygeon, Coboconk, Janetville, Kinmount, Omemee, Norland, Wilberforce and Woodville.

EarlyON Child and Family Centre programs are funded by the Ministry of Education in the Province of Ontario, Canada.  We are proud to be a United Way member agency.
