Dedicated to "putting a little theatre in everyone's life" Ottawa Little Theatre (OLT) provides a variety of popular plays, from fun-loving comedy to the energetic silliness of a farce, and from classic drama to the high tension of a thriller.

OLT produces 9 shows a year attracting an audience of over 40,000. As an amateur theatre OLT invites people of all ages to explore their creativity and imagination by volunteering – actors, directors, designers, and stage crew are all volunteers.

In addition to producing 9 plays a season, our learning programs offer technical workshops, classes, guest speakers, drama camps, youth theatre, and other educational activities for adults, youth and children in the art and craft of theatre.

Ottawa Little Theatre has been a vital part of the Ottawa Arts Community since 1913 - the longest continuously producing community theatre in Canada.
