Our Mission

Pacific Centre Family Services Association offers crisis and ongoing counselling to children, youth, adults, seniors and families on the West Shore and across the Capital Regional District. Our counselling and creative programs encourage healthy patterns of living to improve the quality and dignity of life of individuals and families within our diverse community. 

About PACIFIC CENTRE FAMILY SERVICES ASSOCIATION

Pacific Centre Family Services Association delivers a continuum of counselling and community supports including work with individuals addressing family violence; youth counselling through outreach and email; family and couples counselling; affordable counselling; substance use counselling; and in collaboration with local police, we provide a youth gang prevention program. 

PCFSA is based in the West Shore communities, and we provide services to 2000 residents from across the Capital Regional District each year. 

With the projection that the West Shore will double its population in the next decade, the PCFSA team is planning now to increase our capacity to serve this incredible growing community. We want to reduce our wait times, so that children, individuals and families can access supportive services quickly, and before problems grow. Your donations will mean that they can get help sooner.
