Pacific Theatre aspires to delight, provoke and stimulate dialogue by producing theatre that rigourously explores the spiritual aspects of human experience. We foster new work and established plays, develop emerging artists, create an artistic home for established practitioners, and engage the community at large.

About PACIFIC THEATRE

Pacific Theatre is a mid-size, professional theatre company that has been in operation since 1984, and in its current home since 1994. As of 2022, we have presented over 130 productions with an annual attendance of over 15,000 patrons. Over 40 of those plays have been world premieres, some of which have gone on to be presented at theatres across Canada, the US and worldwide. Since becoming eligible for Vancouver's Jessie Richardson Awards in 1994, our shows have received over 180 nominations and 35 awards.
