Founded in 1994 by the Hon. Jim Ross, the mission of Partners for Youth is to engage youth facing challenges and obstacles in their lives to become capable, connected and contributing members of their communities. PFY achieves its mission through innovative programs and services which promote experiential learning in safe, supportive and rewarding environments, in collaboration with public, private and not for profit partners. 

Partners for Youth Inc. works in Anglophone, Francophone and First Nations communities with youth from aged 8 to 30.  Primarily focused on youth at risk but not exclusively focused on youth at risk, we deliver several innovative experiential programs all designed within a youth engagement model of delivery.  Key areas of focus for our organization are:  youth healthy relationships, youth mental health, youth employment, career development, youth in care, youth in middle and high school and youth homelessness.
