Paws Across the Water (PAWs) is a foster-based, volunteer-run dog rescue in the Greater Toronto Area.

2 WOMEN, a pack of VOLUNTEERS, our superstar FOSTERS and our ADOPTERS, equals home at last, and second chances. 

Our dogs come to us from rescue partners within Canada and internationally. The dogs are strays, often found in very unfortunate circumstances. The before and after photos show the dramatic changes that can be made. These dogs are then matched to homes where they will be set up for success, and loved forever.
