PCC is a not-for-profit counselling centre serving the Pembina Valley in South Central Manitoba. We exist to help individuals who are struggling personally or in relationships, to gain direction and find lasting hope.

We base our counselling intervention on a sound theoretical framework that places higher value on addressing causes rather than symptoms.

We hold ourselves accountable to the teachings of the Bible and bear witness to the hope which lies in the good news of Jesus Christ as Saviour for the world.

We provide services to all people and offer a reduced rate to those who are having struggling financially. No one is turned away because of an inability to pay.
