Living with chronic pain presents unique challenges, affecting not only individuals but also those who support and care for them. We have curated a comprehensive collection of valuable tools, information, and support to empower you on your journey towards improved well-being.

We promote well-being for people living in persistent/ chronic pain and those who care about them, by strengthening self-management programs, access to resources, and community support.

Our Board and Peer Leaders are all volunteers (80% of them live with chronic pain) trying to make a difference in the lives of other who live with chronic pain. 

A donation will help support our web site, outreach, zoom licensing and physical spaces we have our meeting in.
