Your donation will support our work in three specific ways:

• Building personal support networks to help people with disabilities discover and contribute gifts, be surrounded by loving friends and relationships, and experience the rights of full citizenship.
• Facilitation of person-centred planning and advocacy to ensure families and people with disabilities have clear plans that enable them to live a good life – both now and in the future.
• Bringing together families to form communities of support. By coming together in this way, families and people with disabilities are able to support each other and share solutions for complex life situations.
