OUR MISSION

The Holy Childhood Association is present in schools and parishes across Canada to enable a worldwide network of “Children helping Children” commissioned to meet the spiritual and material needs of all children so that they can live worthily as real children of God, to raise children's awareness of their neighbor's needs and teach them the value and power of solidarity and reciprocal support, and to make a missionary spirit germinate in children that will accompany them throughout their lives, whether God will guide them to a lay or consecrated life and make them responsible members of society.

The funds raised are used to build schools, provide health and nutrition programs and to supply teaching and learning resources.

ABOUT PONTIFICAL ASSOCIATION OF THE HOLY CHILDHOOD OF CANADA

Through the “Children helping Children” programs of the Holy Childhood of Canada, thousands of Canadian Catholic children are able to learn to share their blessings with children in mission dioceses. Younger members of the Church become committed to assist and be of service to those in need and to grow their own faith by their missionary actions. The Holy Childhood Association is present and active in over 120 countries.
