Welcome to Port Hope United Church!

We are a caring community that celebrates the presence of the Creator in the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

That spirit of love, joy, peace and hope is shared within our church and the world as we explore ways to help people in need, whether it be a question of faith, or a need of food to eat.

Your donation helps us continue to share God's love in Port Hope and beyond.

How do we do that?

As well as providing food for the soul on Sunday mornings, we give out food vouchers on behalf of the Port Hope Benevolent Society, help prepare hot meals for Green Wood Coalition, create 'ditty bags' for the clients of Cornerstone Family Violence Prevention Centre, create Meals-in-a-Bag for the Salvation Army, and donate dozens of bags of food to Fare Share food bank.

We also provide space all year for concerts and meetings, Brownies and Air Cadets, music festivals, cooking groups and so much more.

We are able to do all this through the generosity of donors like you.
