Youth aged 12-18 who join our program become disciplined, responsible, inspiring leaders. Cadets in upper levels are responsible for teaching the younger cadets many of the skills needed to complete the program successfully, and peer-guided learning is incredibly powerful. The cadets develop an amazing sense of self-worth and pride by being responsible for the upkeep and proper turn-out of their uniforms. Air Cadets are famous for becoming spectacularly successful: 67% of commercial and airline pilots are ex-air-cadets, and Canada’s own ISS commander, Col Chris Hadfield, was an air cadet.
