3 Striker Squadron SSC is the organization that finances 3 Sqn. 100 percent of all donations are used to support 3 Sqn. 3 Squadron RCACS was formed in 2004 in Strathroy Ontario Canada. The Royal Canadian Air Cadets develop in youth (ages 12 to 18) the attributes of citizenship and leadership, promote physical fitness, and stimulate the interest of Canadian youth in the air activities of the Canadian Forces. All this achieved in a challenging, yet disciplined environment. Air Cadets are not members of the Canadian Forces.
