On November 1st, we invite you to light a candle to celebrate and remember the lives of our loved ones that are no longer with us.

- build a peer-to-peer support network so that people that are struggling can connect and feel less alone;
- increase community awareness about mental health and mental illness;
- empower our youth with life coping skills;
- create a mindful and compassionate community for everyone.
The Ashley Boca Mindfulness Foundation (ABMF) was created to honour the life of Ashley Boca by helping others in their mental health journey.
We believe that everyone should have access to the mental support they need—when, where and how they need it. We offer support and educational services to those that are struggling - and their loved ones. We also work to increase community awareness about mental health and mental illness.
