We respond to this need by offering free, online self-help tools and programs to help manage anxiety. Through strategic partnerships, advocacy, and education, we support youth and adults across Canada by reducing the barrier of anxiety, so people can live the life they want.
Established in 1999, Anxiety Canada is a registered charity and non-profit organization created to raise awareness about anxiety and support access to proven resources and treatment. Our services include:
