The Community Justice Society (CJS) works in schools in communities across Halifax (HRM), Nova Scotia. We support youth through challenging conditions that could lead them toward Justice system involvement. Focused on prevention, we intervene to keep youth out of the justice system. Through education we enable youth and their communities to practice restorative justice. We help individuals and communities apply restorative justice as a natural part of their lives.
