The primary mission of The Rosewood Manor Care Foundation is to raise funds for Rosewood Manor to help provide residents and staff with the necessary tools to enhance the residents’ quality of care, to promote aging in place, and to support the community outreach programs.
About ROSEWOOD MANOR CARE FOUNDATION
Rosewood Manor is an outstanding non-profit intermediate care home for seniors providing 24-hour nursing care and supervision, recreation and volunteer programs, and support services to 150 residents. The Rosewood Manor Care Foundation was created in 2000 to supplement government funding and to enable the creation of a better environment and better programs for residents and seniors in the community.
Rosewood Manor is a home specifically for people assessed as needing intermediate care and special/dementia care.
At Rosewood Manor, we’re passionate about care for seniors. To meet the changing needs of seniors in our community, we have a two pronged approach:
Create more beds for those who need them; and
Provide services to those people who are living independently and need some support to continue doing so successfully.
Rosewood Manor is also providing Outreach Services to the community.
