The Saskatchewan Professional Fire Fighters and Paramedics Burn Fund, established in 1975, is a volunteer-run charity dedicated to improving burn care, recovery, and prevention across Saskatchewan. Since its founding, it has raised more than $7 million to support major healthcare initiatives, including burn units in Saskatoon and Regina, the hyperbaric unit in Moose Jaw, children’s burn camp, public education programs, and direct support for burn survivors and their families. The Burn Fund also helps strengthen burn treatment in the province by supporting education and professional development for the healthcare teams who provide specialized burn care.
