About Sexual Health Centre for Cumberland County
Services are for all Cumberland County, Nova Scotia residents. Our on-going programs include summer self esteem workshops for adolescent girls (Girl's World) and 2SLGBTQIA+ youth; parent/adolescent workshops (puberty, reproduction, family communication); other school and community-based sexual health and sexual education workshops; sexual health and sexual education lending library; free condoms, free pregnancy and HIV self-testing kits, access to the Transformation Closet (free Gender Affirming Gear), inclusive social programs (S.A.F.E. Space), and individual guidance. We provide services in an environment that respects and supports choice, diversity, and is free of judgement.
Open hours for drop-ins are posted on our Facebook and Instagram, and appointments can be made by phone, email, or social media messenger.
