W1derus Foundation is a Canadian registered charity that helps people build the skills, support, and connections they need to thrive.

All of our work is delivered through PROPS: Providing Resources, Opportunities, Programs and Support. PROPS reaches children, parents and caregivers, neurodivergent adults, and older adults, with programs designed to meet each group's specific needs.

Education for life. PROPS offers workshops and educational activities on practical, life-changing topics, including financial literacy, employability skills, life skills, and mental health. Participants gain knowledge and confidence they can use at home, at work, and in their communities.

Support for families. Parenting and caregiving can be overwhelming. Through support groups and mentorship, we help parents and caregivers manage stress, strengthen relationships, and work through family challenges, so they're better equipped to care for themselves and the people who depend on them.

Programs for children. Our structured programs for children focus on life skills, literacy, and emotional intelligence. We help young people understand and manage their emotions, communicate effectively, and build a strong foundation for learning and growth.

Support for neurodivergent adults. We provide recreational and educational programs that support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of neurodivergent adults, creating welcoming spaces where participants can learn, connect, and take part fully in community life.

Connection for older adults. Loneliness and social isolation can deeply affect older adults' health and quality of life. Through Seniors Still Soaring, we offer social and recreational activities that help older adults experiencing isolation stay connected, engaged, and supported.
