Your Data Action Plan Workbook & More
Creating a data action plan takes time. We recommend involving leads from all relevant areas of your organization – including Finance and Accounting, Program Development and Fundraising, and Operations and Service Delivery. If your organization is small, you may need to wear many hats; the task may feel daunting. Remember to start small and focus on your top strategic priorities and incorporate steps that are achievable. You can then review your progress regularly and expand your plan as feasible.
