Refer them to CanadaHelps before September 15, 2025. When they successfully register and begin fundraising, both you and the referred charity will unlock exclusive rewards.

This referral program is available to select CanadaHelps customers only. Eligible referrers have been chosen based on their active use of our fundraising tools, engagement with CanadaHelps marketing activities, and are in good standing as customers.
To qualify as an eligible referral, the referring charity must submit the referral by September 15, 2025. The referred charity must be a CRA-registered charity that has not set up CanadaHelps’ Customizable Donation Forms (CDFs), Events, or Peer-to-Peer (P2P) tools.
A successful referral is one in which the referred charity registers with CanadaHelps and raises a minimum of $5 using at least one of the following tools: CDF. Events, or P2P, between Sept 15 – Nov 15, 2025. All rewards will be shared with the recipients after Nov 15, 2025.
Rewards are offered as part of this program. These benefits are intended to support charitable work and do not constitute personal gain. As such, they are not considered taxable income by the CRA and should not trigger any special reporting requirements when used appropriately by the registered charity.
CanadaHelps prohibits self-referrals and misuse of the program. Examples of prohibited conduct include, but are not limited to:
CanadaHelps reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, and to disqualify participants who violate these terms. In the event of program termination or significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
If you are disqualified from participating in the referral program and believe this was in error, you are welcome to contact us to discuss or appeal the decision. We are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent process for all participants.
Information collected through this referral program will be used to communicate with both the referring and referred charities about the program and may be used for CanadaHelps marketing purposes. Charities can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. We are committed to handling all personal and organizational data responsibly, with industry-standard safeguards in place to ensure data privacy and security.
