What We Do
CanadaHelps is a fast-growing, mission-driven technology organization and public foundation. We build innovative technology that empowers all charities to easily fundraise online, as well as connect all Canadians to give to the charities and causes they care about.
We’ve been a critical part of Canada’s charitable sector since 2000, processing about a third of all online donations in Canada. In 2020 alone, Canadians donated over $480 million through CanadaHelps. We work directly with nearly 25,000 Canadian charities to help them thrive in the digital age.

Charity Engagement and Success
The relationships with our charity partners matter to us, and this team has the privilege of spending their days speaking with them.
It’s easily the most gratifying “sales” job you’ll find. This team is entrepreneurial and achievement-oriented, knowing every success they have is also the success of a charity.
Human Resources, Admin, and Operations
Our HR, Admin, and Operations teams work to empower our employees, ensuring they’re set up for success from day one.
They also keep the critical (though less visible) parts of the organization running smoothly.
As a company processing hundreds of millions of dollars a year in donations, our Finance team is the irreplaceable part of that.
This team ensures donors’ money gets to the right charity quickly, keeps on top of our records and regulatory compliance, and forecasts, budgets, and reports revenue and expenses.
