Starting on August 8th, India’s southern region of Kerala has seen significant rainfall, which has since led to increasingly severe flooding and landslides. As of August 21st, there are 800,000 people who have been displaced, over 350 dead, and more than 2,000 relief camps are set up to shelter 314,000 displaced people.

Rescue teams are currently responding and searching for those who have been trapped and stranded by the rising waters.

Urgent support and donations are needed to provide temporary food, shelter, medical assistance and ongoing relief efforts.
