This 1.5 hour session explores how to use that time more intentionally to create clearer direction, stronger governance, and greater impact. Through the concept of entrepreneurial board governance, participants will explore why governance must evolve in today’s environment, and how boards can structure their time and conversations across fiduciary, strategic, and generative governance.
