Are you having trouble receiving your receipt using our Tax Receipt Download tool?

Here are some tips to help you:

• Make sure you have selected the correct year.
• Check that your email address does not include any typos.
• Ensure that you are using the same email address you used when you made the initial donation. If you have more than one email address, try another address.
• If you give donations monthly or have selected to receive one aggregated, roll-up receipt at the end of the year in your account, your receipt may not be available yet. You can always generate a receipt in your account at any time.
