The Great Canadian Giving Challenge is an exciting month-long contest that starts on June 1st. Every $1* donated to your charity via CanadaHelps.org or GivingChallenge.ca is 1 entry to win a $10,000 donation that will be drawn on July 1st. It’s a great incentive that engages both existing and new donors to support your charity and gives you the chance to win $10,000!
We’ll show how your charity can leverage the Great Canadian Giving Challenge as part of your summer fundraising program. Also, we’ll provide 5 easy tips and real-life examples to kick-start your summer fundraising with a bang this June!
*Eligible Charities will automatically receive one (1) entry for each dollar donated to the Eligible Charity through CanadaHelps.org (including the CanadaHelps direct site for Canadians, customizable donation pages, P2P, events, and other campaign pages created by a registered Canadian charity using the CanadaHelps system, and monthly donations processed during the challenge period) or GivingChallenge.ca (each, an “Entry” or collectively, “Entries”). Donations of securities, mutual funds, purchase of CanadaHelps gift cards, and donations directed toward CanadaHelps CanaDon and The GIV3 Foundation are excluded and no entries will be generated for these activities.
