A Refined Look that Meets E-commerce Best Practices
You asked and we listened! We’ve refined the look of our CanadaHelps customizable donations forms. Your logo and name are now more prominent. You can now greet visitors with a custom description at the top of your page. Not only that, we’ve made subtle changes to the fonts and colours so it’s also easier than ever for your donors to navigate the form. Best of all? These changes are now live across all your customizable donation pages.
Also note that fund descriptions are no longer displayed. In accordance with the latest best e-commerce practices, we have removed this additional text in order to increase the number of visitors to your page that complete their donation. Additional options and requirements to read more should be avoided in the donation path.

Am I required to take any further steps? Any customizable donation forms you currently use have already been updated with the new look. You are not required to take any further steps. Your custom background (if any) and other page preferences remain unchanged.
Can I revert to the old customizable donation forms? There is no way to revert to the old customizable donation forms.
How many customizable donation forms can I create? Whether you need donation forms for separate funds, campaigns, audiences or times of the year, you can create as many as you’d like! Sign into CanadaHelps
How can I create/edit my customizable donation forms? If you have a Full Fundraising Account (formerly a Donate Now Account), you can create and edit your customizable donations forms by going to the Donate Now tab in your CanadaHelps charity account. If you do not have a Donate Now tab, you can upgrade to a Full Fundraising account for free from your account or by emailing info@canadahelps.org.
Note: Although the examples in this video do not reflect the new look of customizable donation forms, the steps for creating and editing the forms are the same.
